Trives i grensesnittet mellom mennesker, fag og organisasjon, motiveres av å skape involvering, eierskap og varige forbedringer i samarbeid med ledere og medarbeidere. Jeg beskrives som en leder som lytter, bygger relasjoner og skaper tillit gjennom åpenhet og involvering.
